Since 1950 we have provided livelihoods and growth opportunities to several successive generations of Sri Lankans. Our gains have enriched not only our direct employees but their families and the surrounding villages. As we grew, we raised the quality of life of generations of employees, improved infrastructure in the areas of our operations and created training, entrepreneurial and business opportunities for countless Sri Lankans in coir based and supportive industries. We are proud of our contribution in making Sri Lankan coir the best in the world.
